1. Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully, as they affect your legal rights and obligations.
By registering for a user account (“Account”), subscribing, or otherwise using Dramaze (the “Platform” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not understand or do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then you have no right to access or use the Service. Use of the Service is void where prohibited.
We reserve all rights to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. Any change or modification is effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
2. About Us & Contact
The Service is provided under the brand name Dramaze, operated by Netmedias Leashares Sdn Bhd and its affiliates (collectively, “Netmedias”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Depending on your country of residence or payment method, your contract may be with Netmedias Leashares Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) or one of its affiliated companies.

3. Relationship to Third-Party Providers
Your use of the Service may also be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party providers, including Mobile Network Operators, app stores such as Google Play and Apple App Store, and other payment or distribution platforms. In the event of conflict, these Terms prevail with respect to your use of Dramaze.
4. Eligibility & Age Requirement
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EU/EEA, and have the capacity to agree to these Terms.
- If you are between 13–18, or 16–18 in the EU/EEA, your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
- If you are under 13, or under 16 in the EU/EEA, you may not register, subscribe, or use the Service.
5. Account Registration & Security
- You must register an Account and provide accurate, updated information.
- You may only maintain one Account per device.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are fully responsible for all activities under your Account.
- Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned without written consent.
6. License & Use of Service
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
- Circumvent or tamper with security features.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to certain content requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase.
- Payments may be processed via mobile billing, app stores, or third-party processors.
- You authorize recurring charges where applicable.
- All fees are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Service Materials & Intellectual Property
All content and materials (“Service Materials”) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by law. This includes text, images, video, audio, designs, trademarks, software, and the look and feel of the Service.
You may not license, modify, copy, sell, transfer, or otherwise exploit Service Materials without prior written consent. For infringement notices, contact dramaze.support@netmediasleashares.com with details of the infringement.
9. Intellectual Property – Additional Restrictions
- You obtain no ownership rights by using the Service.
- You may not monetize or commercialize the Service without written consent.
- The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted.
10. User Content & Feedback
User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it.
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.
Feedback: Suggestions or feedback you provide may be used freely by the Company without obligation.
11. No Warranties for User Content
User Content is the responsibility of its creators. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable, and you use the Service at your own risk.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your subscription or account.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to access the Service.
- Upload harmful code or interfere with the Service.
- Engage in unlawful or abusive activity.
13. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your Account for breaches of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to termination.
14. Links to External Sites & Third Parties
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content. Links do not imply endorsement, and you assume all risk when accessing external sites.
15. Service Changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time to reflect changes in products, user needs, or business priorities.
16. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months prior to the claim.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Please review them regularly. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
